Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Creative Advantage Childcare Inc. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily care and education of children, including planning and implementing activities, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and communicating with parents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the daily care and education of children, including planning and implementing activities, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and communicating with parents and staff.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote learning and development in children.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff, including keeping them informed of children's progress and needs.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and move children and equipment.
