About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager - Surety to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our Surety team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients while working closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate surety bond applications by assessing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to determine risk and bond eligibility.
- Analyze contract documents, including bid bonds, performance bonds, and payment bonds, to ensure compliance with established guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients, brokers, and internal teams to gather vital information and documentation for bond issuance.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify potential issues and mitigate risks associated with surety bonds.
- Monitor and manage existing surety bond portfolios, including reviewing financial statements, assessing bond performance, and identifying potential claims.
- Investigate and process surety bond claims, including reviewing claim documentation, conducting investigations, and negotiating settlements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all surety bond transactions, including applications, approvals, denials, and claims.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve the business's surety bond operations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on surety bond requirements.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in surety bond underwriting and risk assessment. You should have a good knowledge of surety bond regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Proficiency in using computer software and applications, including MS Office Suite and surety bond management systems, is also essential.
