About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer I to join our team at Grimmway Farms. As a key member of our Ag Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement and analysis of our agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project objectives and proposals through collaboration with management and data analysis.
  • Determine project specifications by studying design requirements, stakeholder needs, and performance standards.
  • Maintain project schedules by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues.
  • Control project outcomes by reviewing design, specifications, and plan adjustments.
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Conduct product performance testing and maintain project databases.
  • Support team members as needed and lead by example in upholding our company's mission, strategy, and values.

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Entry-level technical project experience, including analysis, problem identification, and solution proposal and execution.
  • Excellent communication and observation/analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD Inventor.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with all levels of employees, with a strong working knowledge of company policies.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
