We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Payroll Compliance Specialist to join our team at BlueSky Personnel Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing payroll knowledge, support, and training on Canadian payroll legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide payroll knowledge, support, and training on Canadian payroll legislation
- Maintain government contacts and agencies and analyze legislation
- Facilitate seminars, corporate training sessions, and webinars
- Update payroll information for professional standards and programs
- Support the development of best practices and website resources
- Contribute to articles, discussion papers, and legislative analysis
- Fluently bilingual in both French and English
- PC or PLP designation
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience
- College and/or University Degree in a related field
- Extensive knowledge of multi-jurisdictional payroll and legislation
- Superior working knowledge of MS Office
