We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at MassLynx Consultants Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent full-time position
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English language required
