Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Best Convenience & Smoke Shop. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
  • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
  • Hire and train new staff members
  • Authorize payments and manage inventory
  • Establish work schedules and resolve issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Permanent employment
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
