About the Job

We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Clearpath Robotics. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing advanced repair and troubleshooting services for our industrial mobile robotics platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site and remote repair and maintenance services for our customers
  • Generate repair and maintenance procedures and manuals
  • Collaborate with our production, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless support
  • Travel to customer locations to support and repair existing deployments
  • Audit systems to verify optimal functionality
  • Provide clear and concise feedback to internal teams to improve our products and services
About You

We're looking for a motivated and driven individual who is passionate about robotics and automation. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate effectively with our customers and internal teams.

You should have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, as well as experience with software integration and system debugging. Bonus points for experience with Linux, ROS, and programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.

  • Electrical system debugging and repair experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience working with your hands
  • Software system integration and system debugging experience
  • Computer networking and applicable industrial standards knowledge
