About the Job

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Field Service Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced repair and troubleshooting services for our industrial mobile robotics platforms.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with complex systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing on-site and remote repair and maintenance services for our customers
  • Auditing systems to ensure optimal functionality
  • Providing feedback to our internal teams to improve our products and services
  • Reviewing customer workflow, software, and database systems

About You

We're looking for someone who is driven, motivated, and passionate about making a difference in their work. You should be comfortable working remotely and have excellent communication skills.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Exceptional professionalism and client-facing skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Electrical system debugging and repair
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience working with your hands
  • Software system integration and system debugging
  • Computer networking and applicable industrial standards

  • Comptia, A+
  • Comptia Network+
  • Experience troubleshooting Networking and Wireless issues
