Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Travelodge Parksville. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Guest Information: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the area.
- Departure Process: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
