We are seeking a highly experienced Employment and Labour Law Lawyer to join our team at ZSA Legal Recruitment.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for an Employment Lawyer with 5+ years of experience, fluent in both official languages of Quebec. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel to Northern Canada with the principal lawyer 4-6 times a year to serve clients in Indigenous communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in Employment and Labour matters
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve client goals
  • Travel to Northern Canada to provide legal services to clients in Indigenous communities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Employment and Labour Law Lawyer
  • Fluency in both official languages of Quebec
  • A strong understanding of Indigenous law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
