Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, IAM Systems Engineering to lead our Privileged Access Management (PAM) Services within RBC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and owning PAM solutions, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement technical solutions for Enterprise secrets management services
  • Participate in the full lifecycle of a secrets management service implementation, from initial internal hand-off to installation, system configuration, and testing
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HashiCorp Vault and/or Privilege Access Management service architecture, tools, and products
  • Provide leadership and guidance on technical issues such as performance, scalability, reliability, and security
  • Handle escalations and manage partner and internal resources expectations
  • Participate in architecture and design discussions around solutions and enhancements
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies by leveraging automation and other techniques
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and interface groups
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Strong technical developer experience in DevOps Automation Pipelines, leading projects end to end
  • Proficiency in implementing concepts and technologies in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms
  • 3+ years of IAM experience with strong knowledge in development (installation, configuration, and coding) of HashiCorp Vault and/or CyberArk
  • Experience with implementing vendor products or solutions to large enterprise organizations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Leadership experience to manage large projects or people management
