Baj Trucking Ltd seeks a skilled Truck Driver to transport goods and materials in a safe and efficient manner.
Job Requirements- Must have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Will undergo training
Responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading goods
- Operating and driving straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
- Inspecting vehicle condition and equipment
- Performing emergency roadside repairs and preventive maintenance
- Receiving and relaying information to central dispatch
- Recording cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
- Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
- Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
- Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
This is a permanent position with 40 to 60 hours per week. Proficiency in English is required.
