Key Responsibilities- Product Management: Manage the product catalogue to ensure accurate and informative product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, and reviews.
- Site Execution: Execute brand, category, or product features across the site, including new product launches, sale events, and collection highlights.
- Content Partnership: Partner with the content generation team to ensure site content is engaging, informative, and accurate.
- Site Usability: Improve site usability by optimizing customer navigation, including site taxonomy, search, and filters.
- SEO Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to improve SEO in coordination with content and technology teams.
- Site Performance Analysis: Analyze site performance, user behavior, and run A/B tests to increase conversion and improve the customer experience.
- Site Improvements: Partner with UX and technology teams to identify and implement short- and medium-term site improvements and feature rollouts.
- Customer Reviews: Own the process for soliciting and displaying customer reviews.

- Education: Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of direct ecommerce experience, with an understanding of user experience, site operations, and merchandising.
- CMS and PIMS: Experience using various CMS and PIMS.
- Site Performance Metrics: Deep understanding of site performance metrics and analytical tools, including Google Analytics.
- HTML and CSS: Experience with HTML and CSS.
- SEO Strategies: Understanding of strategies and tactics to improve SEO.
- A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing platforms, including Google Optimize and Unbounce.
- Analytics: Rock-solid analytics skills alongside the ability to create insights and stories with data.
- Technology and UX: Experience working with technology and UX teams.
- Team Management: Team management experience preferred.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Customer-first mindset.
- Curiosity and Entrepreneurial Spirit: Curious mindset and desire to improve what's there, and build new and better.
- Empathy: High degree of empathy and the ability to see other perspectives.
- GTM Experience: Experience in GTM, working with dataLayers to capture variable data.
