Highly Skilled Digital Printing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive professional to support high-quality production operations in the printing industry. Our client is a dynamic company that values inclusivity and teamwork.
**Salary:** $20.25 per hour, based on experience, with a 12-month contract.
**Job Description:**
As a primary point of contact for customer requests, you will provide estimates, schedule jobs, and track production timelines. You will operate digital printing and standard finishing equipment, including paper cutters, binding, laminating, and drilling machines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate digital printing and standard finishing equipment.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer requests.
- Conduct quality inspections before, during, and after each production run.
- Maintain detailed reporting logs for billing and client recordkeeping.
- Packaging, labeling, and shipping completed products with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues to fulfill production and delivery requirements.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software at an intermediate level.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Openness to learning and developing new skills in print production.
**Benefits:**
- Hourly salary of $20.25, based on experience.

- Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
- Weekday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Onsite work in a dynamic environment.
