Key Responsibilities:- Lead Technical Development Strategy in BC
- Oversee Player, Coach, and Match Official Development Program and Services
- Support Club Operational Development and Enhancement
- Actively engage in contract management
- Performance Monitoring of employees and supporting staff
- Effective budget management
- Foster a strong culture aligned to BC Soccer's purpose and values
- Lead and provide guidance to member teams, clubs, leagues, and districts throughout BC
- Chair the BC Soccer, Soccer Development Committee
- Liaise with partners and external contractors to actively support fulfillment of technical goals and operational priorities
- Actively contribute and work toward objectives as outlined in the strategic direction and operational plans of the Association
