About the Role

BC Soccer is seeking a highly organized and strategic thinker to fill the position of Sporting Director. This role provides leadership for planning, execution, and evaluation of soccer activities, services, and programs in BC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of BC Soccer's technical development strategy.
  • Oversee player, coach, and match official development programs and services.
  • Support club operational development and enhancement.
  • Actively engage in contract management and performance monitoring of employees and supporting staff.
  • Effectively manage budgets and foster a strong culture aligned to BC Soccer's purpose and values.
  • Lead and provide guidance to member teams, clubs, leagues, and districts throughout BC.
  • Chair the BC Soccer Soccer Development Committee and liaise with partners and external contractors to support technical goals and operational priorities.
What We Offer

The position includes full benefits and a competitive compensation package ranging between $95,000 to $, annually based on experience.
