We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel General Manager to join our team at Super8 Salmon Arm. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving revenue growth.
As a Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitoring and controlling hotel expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
