Support Ex-Offenders in a Unique Community Hub

You will be working in a vibrant community hub, providing a safe space for ex-offenders to meet, receive support, and access various resources. The hub offers:

  • An onsite gym for physical well-being
  • Music studios for creative expression
  • Wellness rooms for relaxation and self-care
  • Arts and crafts areas for creative pursuits
  • Weekly doughnut and debate clubs for socialization and discussion
  • Cooked breakfasts throughout the week, involving clients in meal preparation

In addition to participating in these activities, you will manage a caseload of clients through one-to-one sessions, helping them access housing, benefits, healthcare, training courses, and employment support. You will also assist with developing general life skills, such as budgeting, cooking, and wellness.

To be successful in this role, you may have experience working within criminal justice, supporting individuals on a one-to-one basis, or working in roles such as a project worker, support worker, or employment advisor.
