Manager, Agreements and Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Agreements to join our team at the Department of Community Services. As a key member of our Agreement Management team, you will play a central role in establishing and maintaining third-party agreements for the Department.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Agreement Management team, liaising with multiple Program areas to create service level agreements (SLAs) that reduce risk and maximize outcomes for the Department and its stakeholders. You will also be responsible for supervising the creation and tracking of agreements, evaluating draft documents against requirements, and documenting existing processes for improvement.
As a seasoned leader, you will have a proven track record of managing teams and leading projects to successful outcomes. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information will be essential in this role.

About the TeamThe Agreement Management team is responsible for ensuring that the Department's agreements are managed effectively and efficiently. As a member of this team, you will work closely with Program areas to develop and implement agreements that meet the needs of the Department and its stakeholders.
