About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10272230 Canada Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
  • Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, manage sales floor operations, and ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and processing merchandise, and ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, merchandising reports, and personnel reports to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
