Quotations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quotations Specialist to join our team at Sonepar Canada, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing and presenting quotations to customers for various electrical products and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize Quotation Requests: Respond to customer quotation requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with Vendors: Collaborate with vendors to obtain pricing and product information for customer quotations.
- Update Records and Calendars: Maintain accurate records and calendars for each project quoted, ensuring seamless communication with sales reps and vendors.
- Prepare Bids and Contracts: Develop and submit bids on projects, as well as manage contracts entered into by the company.
- Participate in Customer and Supplier Meetings: Attend customer and supplier meetings as required, providing expert knowledge and support.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring the success of the sales team.
- Education: High School Diploma required, University/College Diploma an asset.
- Experience: Up to 3 years related experience, product knowledge or industry experience preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office required, excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Competitive Salary: $54,000-$69,000 commensurate on experience, plus an annual incentive opportunity.
