About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at KGC Construction & Management Ltd. as a Purchasing Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Supplier Management: Consult with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions, and review quotations to ensure best value for the company.
  • Delivery Scheduling: Establish and monitor delivery schedules to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands.
  • Problem Resolution: Contact clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the procurement process.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
