Scope of the Position:
This role is responsible for providing and presenting quotations to customers for various electrical products and/or projects, and forwarding them to the Sales Department for follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize quotation requests from customers and communicate with vendors to obtain pricing for required products.
- Update records for each project quoted and maintain a calendar of upcoming projects to ensure timely communication with sales reps and vendors.
- Prepare bids on projects and manage contracts entered into by the company.
- Participate in customer meetings and supplier meetings as required.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- University/College Diploma an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Up to 3 years of related experience, with product knowledge or industry experience preferred.
