Manager HRBP, Supply Chain Transformation Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Supply Chain team at Molson Coors. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic HR guidance and support to our Supply Chain leaders and employees, driving business results and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the Supply Chain business, including talent management, organizational design, and change management.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Supply Chain leaders on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and labor relations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with union representatives and other stakeholders to ensure effective labor relations and employee engagement.
- Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR and Supply Chain management.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a Supply Chain or manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives and partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
