Manager HRBP, Supply Chain Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Supply Chain team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business results and supporting the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the People Plan: Develop and implement an integrated HR strategy to support the transformation of our Supply Chain organization, including retention, recruitment, organizational design, labor relations, and change management.
- Drive People Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement people strategies that support the maturity progression of our World Class Supply Chain (WCSC) initiative.
- Build Relationships: Foster positive labor and employee relations, and develop strategies to ensure ongoing effective labor and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Act as a Strategic Partner: Work collaboratively with senior leaders and specialist groups to develop organizational capability, utilize insights, and provide thought leadership.
- Lead Integrated People Management Processes: Grow talent, drive performance, and improve employee engagement through the effective use of integrated people management processes.
- Authentic Leadership: Believe in achieving success through the successes of your team, and value and respect differences.
- Education and Experience: University degree in business, human resources, or related area, or equivalent experience (four + years). Minimum of five years of experience as an HR generalist, ideally from a tier-one organization within consumer-packaged goods or manufacturing.
- Knowledge and Skills: Employment standards legislation, progressive HR policies and practices, unionized environment, collective bargaining, matrix organization, cross-functional teams, and business priorities.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, proactive, analytical, practical, and able to influence change. Build relationships, collaborate, and take accountability for results.
