Pediatric Physiotherapist - Home and Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated physiotherapist to provide specialized care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes and within community settings.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families by facilitating their physical development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physiotherapy care to pediatric patients in home and community settings
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric physiotherapy

Requirements:

  • Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing
  • Knowledge of legislation, regulations, and policies applicable to practice
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
