We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated physiotherapist to join our team at Closing the Gap Healthcare Group. As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing specialized physiotherapy care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes and within community settings.

  • You will work with children and their families to facilitate their physical development and well-being.
  • You will have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your schedule and work in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • You must have a current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing.
  • You must have knowledge of legislation, regulations, and policies applicable to practice.
  • You must have knowledge of principles of reflective practice.
  • You must use a systematic approach to decision making during the development, implementation, and evaluation of the physiotherapy care plan.
  • You must be able to manage time and workload effectively.
  • You must ensure appropriate and secure documentation.
  • You must be able to work within a flexible schedule and adaptable environment.
  • You must have the physical capabilities to perform the duties of the position.
  • You must have a valid Driver's License and reliable insured vehicle.
  • You must have vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check.
  • Ability to speak French will be an asset.
