About the Role

Closing the Gap Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physiotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation program, you will work closely with children, families, and schools to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized rehabilitation plans for children with physical needs
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare systems to ensure seamless care and support
  • Facilitate partnerships between stakeholders to promote access to education and community activities

Requirements
  • Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Previous experience in pediatric care is preferred
  • ADP authorizer status is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
