Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

Il Forno Fusion Canmore is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and meet customer needs.
  • Provide accurate and timely service to customers, including taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
