Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Il Forno Fusion Canmore. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service and food quality.
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Work with our culinary team to plan and execute menus, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and develop food service staff, ensuring that our team is motivated and equipped to provide excellent service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and relocate costs covered by employer.
