About the Role

This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure seamless operations
  • Analyze market research and trends to inform business decisions
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, taking into account consumer demand and competition
  • Implement price and credit policies, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Liaise with suppliers to procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and growth
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses closely
  • Determine staffing requirements based on business needs
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as needed
Requirements
