Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Analyst to join our team at St.Amant, a leading organization in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality psychological services to our clients.

About the Role

You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioural disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client;
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to promote adaptive skills and behaviour change;
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with caregivers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care;
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes;
  • Prioritize and manage a diverse caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and follow-up services;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, research findings, and emerging trends in the field of psychology.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution;
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA);
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioural disorders;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and electronic health records systems.
