Lean Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Transformation Manager to join our team at Adi Development Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Lean principles and methodologies across our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive Lean transformation strategy to drive process excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Lead the development and deployment of Lean training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities, and develop and implement solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and implement metrics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of Lean initiatives and track progress towards goals.
- Develop and maintain a Lean calendar to ensure consistent and focused efforts towards process improvement.
- Facilitate strategic Kaizen events to drive significant and quantifiable process improvements across the organization.
- Develop and mentor junior Operations team members to independently facilitate successful Kaizen events.
- Lead the digitization of value streams, metrics, dashboards, workflows, and andon processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain a multi-tier audit, visual management, and andon system to ensure consistent and effective process execution.
- Drive cultural change and discipline necessary to create and sustain a successful continuous improvement culture.
- Partner with business leadership to assess current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Engineering degree, preferably in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or Material Science.
- 10+ years of professional experience in construction or manufacturing, preferably as an Industrial Engineer or in the continuous improvement function.
- Demonstrated experience leading a Lean implementation in a single large site or multi-site environment, as well as deploying Lean in an office or business process environment.
- Formal Lean training and extensive experience in key Lean techniques, including goal deployment, 8-step problem-solving, value stream mapping, process mapping, and Kaizen events.
- Ability to lead Takt Planning projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Experience developing and implementing training programs focused on Lean continuous improvement methodologies.
