Job Title: Marketing Representative - Social Media Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Representative - Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement in the North American market.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maximize brand exposure.
  • Use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to tell the brand story and enhance brand image and awareness.
  • Increase user base and engagement through social media promotion activities.
  • Analyze social media marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and continuously optimize marketing strategies to improve ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Media, or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the North American market.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram.
  • Excellent creative and content production skills to create engaging social media content.
  • Strong data analysis skills to track and analyze social media data using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit to collaborate with cross-departmental teams.
