About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Eastern Ontario. As a key member of our Geotechnical group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality geotechnical investigation and design services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide technical advice on geotechnical projects
  • Lead geotechnical investigation and design assignments, ensuring project scope, schedule, quality, safety, and cost control
  • Conduct site reviews and liaise with clients, government, and regulatory bodies
  • Collaborate with other disciplines within Egis on joint proposals and projects
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our geotechnical services
Requirements
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Ontario
  • Minimum 5-7 years of consulting experience in geotechnical engineering
  • Strong knowledge of applicable regulations, codes, and guidelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate project management skills and client management
