As a key member of the Geotechnical Service Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional geotechnical engineering solutions to our clientele. Key Responsibilities:Perform geotechnical assessments, including soil and rock analysis, slope stability evaluations, and earth retention system designs.Coordinate assessments and meetings with clients and contractors.Delegate tasks to field personnel as necessary and work collaboratively with other Senior Managers.Draft contract documents, proposals, and technical reports.Provide clients with expert advice on relevant regulations and standards.Guide and mentor junior field personnel.Evaluate technical work and offer constructive feedback to team members.Engage with clients to ascertain project specifications.Contribute to business development and marketing strategies.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering.A minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of geotechnical engineering.Professional Engineering designation in Ontario or eligibility for registration.Proficient in Microsoft Office and geotechnical engineering software.Strong ability to collaborate with project teams across various departments.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Outstanding technical writing capabilities.Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.Benefits:
