Senior Financial Analyst - Global Growth

ATS Corporation is a global leader in advanced automation solutions. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will contribute to all aspects of corporate finance, with broad exposure to global growth within the changing dynamics of public equity markets. You will lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to team members. Your expertise will be a trusted resource for the Corporate Finance Management Team, providing sound financial and business advisory. You will ensure division financial reporting is in compliance with corporate reporting standards, corporate accounting policies, IFRS, and SOX. You will prepare and review quarterly analysis for divisions and segments, including financial and non-financial measures and statistics to support internal and external reporting. You will research new accounting developments and issues at global facilities and offices. You will work with division and regional Controllers on technical accounting projects, such as asset impairment analysis, financial instruments, and other complex accounting issues. You will contribute to the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of roadmapping for all applications used by the Corporate finance team. You will contribute to the improvement of existing management reporting and the development and design of new management reports to improve the quality of consolidated information available to senior financial management. You will oversee the preparation and completion of government survey responses as required. You will contribute to special projects as assigned by Corporate Financial Management, including potential short-term finance projects at various divisions. You will contribute to the improvement of the internal control environment, including assisting in control design, execution, risk identification, and participation in the SOX audit process. You will post-secondary degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent. You will have strong analytical, financial, and accounting skills. You will be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels within and outside of the organization, both orally and in writing. Experience with OneStream, BlackLine, and JD Edwards is an asset.
