Food Services Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Services Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks Coffee Company. As a Food Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 5-10 employees in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.
- Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the food services industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
