Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Expert to join our team at The Westin Edmonton. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service are met.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  2. Manage table settings, communicate with the kitchen, and interact with guests to deliver a seamless dining experience.
  3. Work collaboratively with the culinary team to prepare and serve food and beverages to guests.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Marriott International's high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  5. Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
