Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Hospitality to lead our food and beverage services at Rogers Place and the surrounding ICE District. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and teams, ensuring exceptional customer and client relations, and driving best-in-class hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee control of all purchasing and implement cost controls as needed
  • Drive best-in-class hospitality standards while staying informed of market and industry trends
  • Provide proven leadership to a team that delivers operational expertise in contracted services while managing hands-on execution of operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the fan experience at Rogers Place and the surrounding ICE District
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or appropriate combination of education and experience to support on-the-job effectiveness
  • A minimum of 10 years of Food and Beverage Management experience in a sports and entertainment atmosphere
  • Experience managing a high-volume Food & Beverage operation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to use data metrics effectively to build and strengthen client partnerships, manage and mentor teams, and create a collaborative work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation building and delivery
  • Expert in Windows-based office software
