We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at OODLE NOODLE. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a smooth service.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Keep records of the quantities of food used to optimize inventory and minimize waste.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a fresh and varied selection of food options.
  • Take customers' orders and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a well-organized workspace.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash and sharpen kitchen knives to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for cooking and presentation.Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with overtime required to meet customer demands.
    • Stand for extended periods and work under pressure to maintain a high level of service.
    • Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of food preparation and service.
