We are seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our team at Kundra Bros Transport. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to optimize routes and schedules
  • Monitor and track vehicle locations and cargo status in real-time
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery status and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of cargo movement, including manifests and shipping documentation
  • Collaborate with the transportation team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in dispatch management software and other relevant technologies
