Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned social media professional to join our team as a Director of Social Media Innovation. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our corporate goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning for AMA's social media, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and project-specific objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content that adheres to AMA's brand voice while keeping up with trends and best practices in the social space.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to achieve our KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative Agency, and Corporate Communications to align messaging and coordinate campaigns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in social media management that includes work in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media analytics and tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
