Job Title: Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Carlingwood Mall. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, employees, and property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to detect and prevent security breaches.
  • Monitor activities and respond to incidents in a professional and effective manner.
  • Assist with investigations by gathering information and completing incident reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and employees.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the security industry or related field.
  • Valid Security Guard License in Ontario.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
  • First Aid & CPR - Level C certification.
  • Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB) and Use of Force (UoF) certification.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Security/Loss Prevention in a retail environment.
