We are seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to join our team at U and Mi Holdings Inc. in an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the daily operations of our company.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and a College/CEGEP education. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures.

In this role, you will conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, organize and maintain inventory, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers.

You will also participate in marketing plans and implementation, lead individuals, address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and manage events. Additionally, you will plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

This is a permanent position with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience. The work schedule is 40 hours per week. You must be fluent in English.
