We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of one of our restaurants, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About This Role
  • This is a permanent position requiring 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and related forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations and provide constructive feedback where necessary.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services effectively to maximize profits.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have enough stock to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Purchasing: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.


Team Management
  • Leadership: Supervise more than 20 people, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.


Technical Requirements
  • Point of Sale System: Manage an electronic cash register system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Windows, and MS Word to perform various administrative tasks.

  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure to deliver results.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
