About The Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with experience in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service. As a Restaurant Operations Manager at The Chopped Leaf, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient workflow and maximizing productivity.
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, securing the best possible prices and terms.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, generating additional revenue streams.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful restaurant operations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all aspects of restaurant operations.
