Closing the Gap Healthcare is a leading provider of home-based and community healthcare services. We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Muskoka, Ontario.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to work with our clients in their homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and children, and develop personalized therapy plans to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop therapy care plans for clients in their homes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide integrated care services
  • Prescribe equipment and supplies to support client independence
  • Develop health promotion programs to improve client well-being
