Job Summary

Closing the Gap Healthcare is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality therapy services to clients in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop accurate therapy care plans based on clients' real-life environments
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to build holistic treatment goals and service plans
  • Prescribe equipment and supplies to promote client safety and independence
  • Develop health promotion programs to enhance clients' overall well-being
Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
