Bang'in Burger & Wings is seeking an experienced Executive Chef - Events Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to coordinate special events, plan menus, and oversee kitchen operations. As an Executive Chef - Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

About the Role
  • We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications.
  • This full-time position requires 35 hours of work per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
  • You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a dynamic team that values creativity and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

As an Executive Chef - Events Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating special events, such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate functions.
  • Planning menus and estimating food requirements for events.
  • Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
  • Managing kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
